Mischief Managed

The release of the final chapter in the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, is just (a little over) two months away.

No doubt many Potter fans are planning “book release” parties to celebrate the event. And we here at The Hogwarts Herald are doing the same! We’re in the beginning stages right now - brainstorming guest lists, menus, invitations (owls, definitely owls), timing, decorations, activities (anyone up for a speed reading contest?)…

Check back each Friday to see where we are in our planning process. We hope to invite some other bloggers to join in on the preparations - the more the merrier! We might even have a carnival!

One website that is chronicling the Potter revelry is PotterParties.com. They have searches for Potter Parties all over the world! The site also features great ideas for decorations, party games, and more!
